3:1 adhesive lined heat shrink shrinks to 1/3 its original diameter at a temperature    of 100C. The inner layer is a hot melt glue which melts when heated and then    solidifies when cooled, forming a water proof barrier protecting the connector    and/or the wire underneath. It also makes the tubing stick to the wire, creating    a strong bond. This is also referred to as Dual Wall heat shrink (one wall is    the heat shrink and the inner wall is the glue). Available in 7 colors - Black, Clear, White, Red, Blue, Yellow, Green.
