Very even & natural heat provides perfect plate hot holding. This is the best warming cabinet I've ever had. Very versatile and useful hot holding cabinet by Prince Castle can be used to hold plated food, warm bread, quick defrost and more. Four independent heating zones (two on top, two on bottom) provide infrared heating technology to heat both plates and steam pans from the bottom while also heating from the top. By far the best heating and holding solution for holding finished plated product, temporary hot holding unfinished foods, plate warming, pan proofing dough and much more. Holds two 18" x 12" sheet pans side by side. Upper heating zones heat to over 300 F, lower zones are set at 180 F. This provides very even hot holding of foods. Comes with printed owners manual. Cleaned, refurbished and ready for service. Unit uses standard 120V grounded outlet. Wattage is 1650. Measures 33" wide, 20" deep and 13 1/2" tall. Weighs just 77lbs. I've seen many finished product warmers (like the Hatco Glo-Ray, etc) but this is by far the nicest of any I've seen and much more versatile. The top and bottom heat provide a more even and natural type of heat. You will be very pleased with this unit.
