Up for sale today is a Engineered Air Systems forced air duct-type heater. This is a military model 120,000 btu unit, very high volume air flow. Hour meter reads 1.9 hours, tested and working. Runs on diesel and 120 volt ac household electricity. This was used by the military to heat a tent or shelter, They are placed outside and the ducts are ran to the shelter. Ducts are not included but are readily available from a home supply or HVAC supplier. I use one of these to heat my 3,000 square foot shop and it does a great job. These are also good for new construction projects, and I sold a couple to a company that does water damage cleanup; the high volume air flow helps dry out the building rapidly, and, because it is a closed system, with return air coming from inside, HEPA filtration isn't necessary. I will gladly put on a pallet and drop off at a shipper of your choice, pick up is welcome, and delivery might be possible, depending on your location, I sometimes make trips to the Bay area and Las Vegas, so if I am I could deliver for a reasonable fee.
