WE COMBINE SHIPPING DESCRIPTION: This item is being sold AS-IS, no return (unless not as described) due to age. Heathkit IM-18 VTVM Vacuum Tube Voltmeter with two probes (RF and ?), paperwork, extra used meter needle/window assembly (untested) and lots of paperwork. Works in so far as it turns on, the pilot light it list up and we can zero adjust but we don't know how to test it beyond that. While we use a common two-lead VOM almost every day we don't know how to use a single lead like this one. If someone would like to tell us how to do say a DC voltage test of a battery or some such please do and we will publish the results. The paperwork consists of RF Probe Kit (#309-B) instructions, High Voltage Probe Kit (#336) instructions (but not such probe in this offering), two oversize assembly diagrams and a letter from the company. No instruction/assembly manual. We took the unit apart to inspect the interior, it all looks pretty good as you can tell.
