This is a clean and working Heathkit IT-11 capacitor tester. All controls have been cleand and lubricated with deoxit. Please check the eBay shipping calculator to verify shipping costs before bidding. Inside the US I use Fedex for items over 3lb and USPS priorty mail for items 3lb & under. All international shipments are by USPS Priority mail international. International bidders are responsible for all customs fees. Please note: I have been experiencing a sharp increase in non-paying bidders.
