Heathkit IP-27 tested for power up only. This item does power on, no further tests done. Sold as parts or repair. Test Equipment is tested for power on only and sold as parts or repair due to the inability to fully test. If the unit powers on it will be noted in the listing. Please refer to photos for wear as all test equipment shows varying degrees of wear from sitting in storage. Some units may require a simple cleaning, and other may require a complete overhaul to function properly. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask!
