HEATHKIT MODEL IT-28 CAPACITOR CHECKER FULLY REFURBISHED/CALIBRATED! Up for sale please find, 1 HealthKit IT 28 capacitor checker. Unit has been fully refurbished (see pictures) and comes with the assembly manual. All carbon composite resistors have been replaced with 1% metal film units as the carbon composites are tired and out of tolerance. I had 1 22k ohm 1 watt that measured over 50k. All electrolytic and film capacitors have been replaced (observing polarity always). All potentiometers are wire wound and have been deoxidized and lubricated along with the numerous switches. I deoxidized the switches using deoxit and cotton swabs. Unit is accurate and ready to go. If you have any questions please message me. Thank you for looking.
