This auction is for a Heathkit TC-2 tube tester that has an open winding on the transformer. The winding is  30 Volt  which is in series with the plate supply winding. This can be easily fixed by just using a small 28 to 30 V transformer in place of this winding. Everything else appears to OK, the line adjust works fine. See the scanned schematic.  I will include this one page schematic showing where the open winding is. Shipping will be for 13 lbs. via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.   I'll ship overseas (inc. HI and AK) via USPS Priority Mail International. California residents must add sales tax
