THIS IS JUST PERFECT FOR THE HOLIDAYS!!!!!!! If you need faster shipping, I will be glad to customize that for you. NOT JUST FOR THE OVEN... If you need a server for cold food, this works just as well. ALSO... If you need to carry some things that might spill to another location, this is a great container. It will catch the spills and it has a lid and it is easy to carry! Wonderful for large groups... I have been cooking for decades and this is a really nice roaster, well made and versatile. It is a very large and heavy enameled metal roaster with a wire rack that has handles to easily lift the meat out of the roaster. It also has an off white domed lid with a plastic handle and 2 vent holes. The lid may not be oven proof. I would opt for aluminum foil as a cover for baking if a cover is needed in the oven. The pan has a dark blue and white speckled enamel finish and has been used, no rust or bends or dents or scratches, really nice shape as well as the lid and rack. The pan measures approximately 23 x 15 inches to the outside edges including the handles. The inside well measurements are 17 x 11 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches deep. The lid is 19 x 13 x 2 inches deep. The rack is 15 x 10 inches. The color varies in the photos because of the lighting and camera settings and backgrounds. I tried to get the right settings to really show this pan well. This monster pan set weighs 8 pounds all by itself so with a 24 plus pound turkey it might take 2 people to take it to the table. Also, really great for cold foods or just holding large quantities Shipping reflects the weight and size of this item.
