HemoCue B-Hemoglobin Photometer Up for auction now is a HemoCue Blood Hemoglobin Photometer, which measures the amount of iron-containing oxygen-transport metalloproteins in red-blood cells.  This device is pre-owned, but is in practically new condition.  The unit itself has no damage on its surface what-so-ever, and the display is free of marks also.  The accessories that come with are also in perfect shape.  Please refer to the pictures below for further detail. Included in this auction are the unit's AC Power Adapter, an the slider that inserts the cuvettes.  Be aware that this auction does NOT include any test strips.  We tested this unit, and we did run into a little trouble.  This unit does not come with a control cuvette, however we had one on hand from another auction, so we were able to use that for testing.  Unit powered on without problems, and when 'Ready' came up on the screen, we loaded the control cuvette in.  At this point, the 'Ready' is supposed to change to 'Measuring', but it did not.  We tried removing and inserting a number of times, and at one point, it did change to 'measuring', however it stayed that way for about a minute, and never actually gave a reading.  Because of the apparent problem with this unit, we are selling it as-is.  We do still guarantee it to be as described and pictured, and to function as stated.  We thank you for your interest, and wish you happy bidding! *Please note before bidding that any medical equipment purchased should be completely tested by a qualified biomedical technician prior to being put into service.  The buyer should not hold the seller or eBay responsible for the inappropriate use of this device either by the user or a third party.  The sale of this item may be subject to strict regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state or local regulatory agencies.  If so, do not bid on this item unless you are an authorized purchaser.  If the item is subject to FDA regulation, we will verify your status as an authorized purchases of this item before shipping.  We are Quick Stop Auctions, an electronics/surplus dealer located in Christiansburg, Virginia.*  Quick Stop Auctions, Inc.
