I believe it to be fully functional. I ran the on board diagnostics and this unit passed as pictured below. This unit has the option of running on the included AC Power Supply or 4 AA Batteries(not included in this sale). Lancets and strips are not included with this sale. Guaranteed not DOA. Self-diagnosis passed as pictured. I was able to navigate through the on-screen menu and all the buttons were responsive. This was the extent of my testing as I do not have strips or a printer to fully test. I believe this unit to be fully functional and it is guaranteed not DOA. INSPECTION OF SALE CONTENTS: Cosmetically this unit is in excellent condition. The guide book is sealed and the disk looks good. The box has some shelf wear. Very clean. Very light normal signs of previous use. Please study pictures carefully.
