Package Shipping: USPS/FedEx shipments will be processed within 24 hours of the items successful processing of the payment. Shipping Damages: We strive to package each item properly, but this isn't always good enough. Damage is regrettably a common concern within the shipping industry. Please note any damages at the time of delivery. Mark your shipping ticket/slip with any visible damage. All damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to us and the shipping carrier. Local Pickup: Items can be picked up locally. You may come to our location and pay for the item in person if you wish. Taxes: We are registered with 6 states. Returns: Returns are only accepted within 14 days. The request for a return must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item. We only accept returns that have an RMA number.
