That's unheard of for a used piece of equipment. The only exclusions are water issues and you are responsible for shipping both ways. The water solenoid and water regulator are BOTH covered, however, if there are water problems due to a faulty/dirty pump, bad water and lack of filteration then we simply will not clean and replace all of the water lines under warranty because this is more of a lack of, or failure to perform routine maintenance. I WOULDN'T WANT TO SEND MY MACHINE TO SOMEONE WHOM I THOUGHT MIGHT KEEP IT. THE 2ND NON-POSITIVE WAS A NEUTRAL BECAUSE A PERSON BOUGHT A REPAIR ESTIMATE AND INSTEAD OF ASKING FOR A REFUND THEY LEFT NEUTRAL FEEDBACK THAT SAID "WE DONTS WANNA IT" OUR LAST AND ONLY OTHER NEGATIVE FEEDBACK A TOTAL OF 2 IN OVER 10-YEARS, A DOCTOR LEFT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AND SAID WE DIDN'T RETURN HIS MACHINES ON TIME EVEN THOUGH WE HAD SPOKEN WITH HIS ASSISTANT AND PROVIDED HER WITH A TRACKING NUMBER TWO DAYS BEFORE. HE LEFT THE FEEDBACK ON TUESDAY MORNING AND HIS PACKAGE ARRIVED TUESDAY AFTERNOON. HE DIDN'T REMOVE THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AND MAYBE EBAY WOULDN'T LET HIM, I DON'T KNOW. BUT PLEASE GIVE US A CHANCE TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT, IF WE MESS UP WE WILL DO ANYTHING REASONABLE TO MAKE IT RIGHT BUT COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY. THANKS FOR LETTING ME RANT, AND YES ONLY 2 NEGATIVES IN 10 YEARS WILL DROP YOUR RATING TO BELOW 98% UNLESS YOU SELL A LOT OF ITEMS.
