Lumbar Pad Size A has 14 ridges - 19 inches wide - SMALL Lumbar Pad Size B has 17 ridges - 20.25 inches wide - MEDIUM Lumbar Pad Size C has 19 ridges - 21.5 inches wide - LARGE The Aeron lumbar support pad adjusts vertically to provide back support over a 4-inch range, supporting the natural curve of your midback, or lumbar region. Lumbar Depth can be set at 3/4" or 1 1/4" by sliding it up and off to flip it over. Lumbar Support Pad can also be adjusted up and down vertically 4 1/2".
