This is a nice used dispenser but I have no way to fully test, so I am listing as parts or not working but I believe it can be functional again. Colorant has been emptied and cleaned some. When powered up it spins mixing paddles and shelf raises and lowers. It would need to be connected to a computer with the proper program.
