This is a used   HEWLETT PACKARD 3456A DIGITAL VOLT METER for sale. It was recently purchased from a working laboratory.  This machine powers up when plugged in and turned on, but beyond that there has been no further testing. When this item was picked up from the laboratory the previous owner was asked if it works and he stated "Yes". This item is being SOLD AS IS, with no further warranty. Description The Agilent / HP 3456A Digital Voltmeter is mirco-processor based and fully guarded designed for bench or systems. This model measures DC, true RMS AC voltage and resistance. Five full scale DC ranges are provided from 0.1 volt to 1000 volts. Measurement speed and accuracy can be enhanced for a specific application using the selectable integration time and settling time. This unit can select up to 330 readings/second for high speed bursts or one reading every fifteen minutes for periodic measurements. Selectable integration time permits measurement speed or increased resolution to be traded depending upon the test requirement. The 3456A has good repeatability and 100 nanovolt sensitivity giving a 24 hour accuracy on the 10 VDC range of < 0.0008% + 2 counts.
