The measurement circuit for the device to be measured is capable of both parallel and series equivalent circuit measurements and the measured values are displayed by the two, three-full digits LED displays on the front panel. This item has been tested and verified for key functions by one of our skilled technicians. This unit is in good overall condition with some minor scuffs/marks from previous use. This listing does not include any other accessories. Power supplies, cords, cables, batteries, and other basic accessories are NOT included unless stated otherwise.
