It comes with an unbound copy of the Operating And Service Manual and a copy of the spec sheet. The generator powers up and a row of LED's light up across the front. Unable to test further. It has minor Scuff marks and scratches. Faint DRMO auction numbers are on the top Left corner. Push buttons are broken on some switches, but the switches still function (use the photo zoom for detail). This is a very heavy function generator.
