You are bidding on the used HP 11692D Coaxial Dual-Directional Coupler with range 2 to 18 GHz. Minimum directivity 2 to 8GHz is 30dB, 8 to 18GHz 26dB. Nominal coupling 20dB. Specifications manual you can download here. Units was checked, work and look well and meets manufacturers specifications. Primary line output in APC-7, rest of connectors in N(f).
