Product Details Nine-digit display is easily readable with no segments missing. The HP 5334A is a very nice 100 MHz two-channel counter capable of measuring frequencies to over 100 MHz. It will also measure period, rise time, fall time, pulse width, etc. It has GPIB capability and will store and recall up to 10 front panel setups. 200 pS time interval average resolution, 2 nS single-shot resolution.
