Hiatts Handcuffs Made in England Police/Sheriff/Highway Patrol Good Condition Overall     These handcuffs have been used and show the normal scuffs and scrapes on them, as well as the shallow sanding marks left over from the original officers name and badge number being removed, it does not hurt function in any way.   Look closely at the pictures and ASK QUESTIONS, BEFORE BIDDING, know what you are bidding on. I do not accept refunds, unless the item is not as described.  As perfect as I am, I am not infallible. I will not accept refunds because just you didn’t understand the description or you changed your mind.  I will, usually, NOT give Partial Refunds (except shipping), for you to keep the items, they will not be free.   Any item that is returned, however, MUST be returned in the EXACT condition it was received, that includes proper packaging.  Return shipping to be paid by the buyer.   Shipping is a "Calculated Estimate" through eBays system, usually wrong, based on weight and distance from northern CA to wherever you live.  Multiple shipping options are available in the “Shipping and Payments” tab nest to the description.  If it seems super high ask, and I'll send a more exact shipping quote from the USPS or FED EX web site.  Any large difference in actual shipping cost will be refunded.    My deepest apologies, but I am now forced to collect sales tax from CA bidders. and now the rest of the USA Buyer to pay shipping ( 8 oz  from 96130),    Shipping costs are based on weight and destination, if the actual shipping is cheaper than the estimate, the difference will be refunded.  Priority Mail Flat Rate available when cheaper.  Shipping always combined when possible. randy
