It is NOT in operating condition. This tube tester powers on, but does not function beyond that. The two tubes inside have been tested and are good. No other attempts have been made to troubleshoot this tester. The capacitors are likely bad, but once those are replaced it should be an excellent tube tester. All cords are still intact and flexible. The tube socket contacts have some oxidation and the case has some scrapes and tears and is quite worn. No manuals are included with this tester.
