Selling One Hickok Frequency Difference Meter Model 2100 plus Instruction Manual. Manual contains schematic. Unit was tested my running a signal from a signal generator (HP 8648B) into the reference port, and a 2nd signal from a 2nd signal generator (HP 33120A) into the test port. The second signal was adjusted until the difference meter was nulled. The two signals were than measured by a counter (HP 53132A).
