This auction is for one Hickok model KS-15874-L2 tube tester. This is the last of the cardmatics made for Western Electric. I powered it up, and the meter and card reader solenoid both work. I assume the tester will need cleaning, calibration and possibly replacement of old capacitors. However, the pictures show how clean the chassis is. The tester comes with a set of Western Electric cards (listed below), 10 unpunched cards, a card punch, and a set of calibration cards. These extras themselves are worth over $100 if sold separately. This tester would make a good candidate for conversion to computer operation, as the company that offers that service gives a $700 discount if you provide the tester.
