So, this here is the top-of-the-line HID card reader, the ProxPro 5355 Proximity Reader WITH a keypad!  This item will read HID/prox/125 kHz cards.  Had a standard Wiegand output allowing for compatibility on most access control panels out there.  This particular model uses screw-down terminals, eliminating the need to accommodate for an annoying pigtail coming out of the back of the unit.  It was installed briefly and tested but found to possibly have a problem with the keypad portion of the reader.  All cards tested on it worked PERFECTLY.  The keypad was not sending data properly.  No time was spent troubleshooting it as the job was on a time crunch.  The reader comes with a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer, so if you purchase this and find that the keypad part truly does not work, then you should be able to contact HID and get it repaired.  Happy bidding!
