PLEASE READ PAYMENT POLICY BELOW BEFORE BUYING ITEM: Came out of a local bankruptcy. Turned it on and the head started working , but we are not qualified to fully test it. We could not find a model number on the controller as it seems it was on the lower missing panel. We believe this controller is part of the UIP family. Ultrasound head specs are below. Please keep in mind that in order to refund your money, you must follow the process below: a) The buyer should contact us by e-mail before the expiration date of the return policy, notifying us about his/her intention to return the item b) The buyer is responsible for packing, shipping, and insurance costs for returns to the seller’s address. c) Items must be returned in their original pre-sale condition. d) Items that were banded to a pallet and shrink-wrapped or crated must be returned in the same manner. e) The seller will issue the refund once the item is received at the seller's address and inspected.
