- Flow out: Very good This powder coating paint, in a high gloss PEARL MOUSE GREY RAL 7048 color, is a top-performing option for exterior applications. It's a Virgin Qualicoat Approved product with a polyester binder system that's TGIC free, meaning it has excellent yellowing and UV resistance. While a clear top coat isn't required, it can enhance the appearance and create a deeper color. This powder coating paint is available in a range of surface finishes and colors sold from 1lb/450g on demand. - Application Method: Can be applied by electrostatic spraying using classic devices which can provide a negative tension of 60-80 kilovolts (corona) and tribo guns. - Guaranteed performance on correctly pre-treated aluminum - Gel Time (180 °C or 356 F): 100 – 150 sec - Reverse Impact: >25 kgcm - UV (Weather): Very good UV resistance - Direct Impact: >25 kgcm Buyer Self Selection Sets: - Gloss Level: 95% gloss 60°, color dependent (for GL and HR) - Surface Gloss: GL – Semigloss HR - Melting Range: 90 - 114 °C (Kofler) (194 - 237 F) - Suitable for most exterior environments - Color: A wide range of colors available - Conical Mandrel: 0 mm - Shelf Life: 24 months (<30 °C and <50% RH) - Buchholz Hardness: >85 - Low Temperature - Tribo Value: It can be produced as a tribo version upon request - Available in all RAL colors and different surface finishes - Cure Schedule: Recommended curing temperature is 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes. - Cross Hatch Adhesion: Gt:0 - No solvents or emissions Performance Guide: Features: - Very good UV resistance - Tg (DSC): 57,0 ±0,5 °C (134 F) - Less waste and pollution to the environment - Serviceable - TGIC free and Qualicoat Approved - Specific gravity: 1,5-1,8 gr/cm3 (low with dark colors, high with light colors) - One coat finishes Product Guide:
