It can cut a very large variety of sewn goods - everything from natural fabrics to synthetic materials. It is equipped with a heavy-duty cutting head and can meet your most challenging cutting demands. This model features the highest ply cutting capacity in the industry at over 4.3 inches compressed (11cm). This model is equipped with with an optional platform mover, which allows the cutter to be effortlessly moved between spreading tables. Equipped with the optional platform mover (OPM) which allows the cutter to move between spreading tables, greatly decreasing the time between cuts. Includes a vacuum recovery system that automatically re-seals cut pieces so that the vacuum remains uniform throughout the entire cutting process, greatly improving cutting accuracy. Equipped with a conveyorized cutting surface featuring a superior variable vacuum system that automatically adjusts to maintain the optimum level of vacuum at all times. Employs a special bristle-block cutting surface that features self-cleaning and a very long service life. Service life on the bristle blocks are two to three times longer than our competitors. Superior patented sharpening system ensures uniform knife edge and cutting precision, greatly improving cutting speed, accuracy, and blade life. The sharpening stones have a very long service life and are inexpensive, significantly reducing the cost of operation. The cost of the cutting blades are less than half the cost of our competitors, further reducing the cost of operation. Can accept files from every major CAD/Cam manufacturer, as well as DXF, AAMA, PLT, CUT, HPGL, and ISO Cut RS274-D files.
