This is a nice FC-bar laser diode with a SMA connector. It makes 20W of 835nm at about 26A forward bias. The diode is mounted with indium foil to a large aluminum heat spreader with a few large TEC cooler chips under it. If you want to build a nice high precision soldering and micro-brazing machine this is for you, just give the TEC coolers enough juice to keep the gold part of the diode cool to the touch and give the diode 2.2V or so at up to 30A, and use a big fan to take the heat away. It can be hooked directly to those collimator lenses i had a while back if you need a more-or-less collimated beam. This diode is great for burning and heating stuff, but WILL NOT WORK for dpss pumping of Nd: YAG or YVO4! This item is pretty hard to find, I have lots of lasers and other unique stuff for sale this week.
