Designed for use in DC and AC circuits with frequency up to 500 Hz of electric power converters and other high power units like electric actuators for industry and transport, fully and semi controlled rectifying bridges, AC regulators etc. Produced in cermet bolt construction body with M20 threaded Anode pin and flexible Cathode and Gate terminals.
