The tester includes 1 pair of alligator clip test leads and 1 LCR Kelvin alligator clip test lead, along with a mini USB cable and a manual. This handheld LC meter is a high precision tester for inductive capacitance, equipped with a measuring range that includes capacitance from 0.01pF to 100mF and inductance from 0.001uH to 100H. Note that the AA battery is not included. Shipping is FREE to all addresses other than APO/PO boxes in the lower 48 states. With accuracy up to 1% in the capacitance range of 1pF~1uF and 5% in the range of 1uF~100mF, and up to 1% in the inductance range of 1uH~1H and 5% in the range of 1H~100H. It also has a frequency range of 500KHz/500Hz-50KHz. The meter can be powered by included 5 DC power supply cable and mini USB cable, or 4AA batteries. To calibrate, simply press the "ZERO" button in either capacitance or inductance measuring mode.
