mesh tonometer, tension meter Product Name: mesh tonometer; tension meter; screen mesh tonometer   Description: 1.asure tension of all screen printing fabrics in Newtons per centimeter(N/cm) 2.e tonometer consists of a shock-resistant measuring base with a precision mechanical dial indicator. 3.e tonometer works on the principle of force deflection: the unique design of the meters 3-point measuring base permits accurate measurement on the screen(polyester,nylon or wire), independent of the screen frame or stretching device; protected in a convenient, rugged plastic carrying case.   Features: 1.Substantial improvement in tension measuring methods as compared to touch control, gauging by percentage of fabric elongation and air pressure values. 2.Accurate tension measurements will improve registration and reduce rejects, resulting in high productivity 3.Reproducible and uniform tension measurement, screen after screen 4.The device make it easy to read the necessary data steady, fast and accurate.   Specification: Dimensions 114*76*45mm Carrying case 228*203*76mm Weight meter 17.5 oz./case 12 oz. Measuring range 7-50N/CM Measuring Value N/CM     Error/Deviation: +/- 1 Newton scope   Instruction: 1.Before using please put the tension meter on the glass and turn round the dial to make the pointer return to zero. 2.Flick the silk screen during measuring, the indication when the pointer stopped is the tension of the silk screen. 3.Tension meter is precision meter, fall and touch is forbidden, be careful during using. 4.Tension meter is corrected precisely,dismounting alone is not allowed. 5. Can’t touch the bottom side contactor by hand, put the machine vertically without using. 6. The Newton indication is the indication of the tension’s contactor, the error is +0.5N. 7 The indication of the second circle is the measured value during measuring.
