This entire unit is a totally enclosed, packaged, and assembled unit that is shipped as one piece, requiring only the water in and out, backfill gas, and power to be connected to the appropriate locations. All new molybdenum hot zone All new molybdenum heating elements 360o around the work for optimum temperature uniformity Yokogawa UP550 digital programmable temperature controller with 300 segments and 30 programs Manual valve operation with automatic ramps and soaks (Optional fully automatic operation available) 6” Varian high-speed diffusion pump (Optional liquid nitrogen cold trap available) Mechanical vacuum pump Digital vacuum gauge We provide written operating procedures, complete detailed electrical schematics, and manuals for all instrumentation and controls on the furnace. This unit is leak-tested with a helium mass spectrometer, with no detectable leak in the  10-9 range. Fully operational condition. We can demonstrate this unit at our plant in Terryville, CT.   The following options are available at an additional charge. Liquid nitrogen cold trap with temperature controller to minimize liquid nitrogen consumption. Add $2,260.00. Fully automatic operation with PLC programmer/controller with alphanumeric display to indicate furnace processing cycles. Add $14,860.00. Yokogawa DX100 paperless datalogging chart recorder with digital communications. Network compatible – can appear as a node on a network, making remote data gathering fast and easy. Includes built-in memory card for storage. For 6-channel recorder, add $4,100.00. For 12-channel recorder, add $6,100.00.
