PLEASE READ THIS FIRST: PAYMENT IS DUE AND EXPECTED AT THE END OF THE AUCTION.  Estate Item.  James G. Biddle "Megger" Insulation Tester. I am not sure how this is used. I attached my voltmeter to it and it produces substantial AC voltage when cranked. The meter also moves okay. It shows substantial use as the paint is pretty scratched up and worn all over. Looks like there's nothing bent, broken, missing, etc. I don't have any instructions with it. What you see is what you get.  Age unknown. I suppose it would work great for fishing.
