Casters are not loose. Hood hinge and latch operate properly. Access panel functions properly. Air curtain cover has broken edges. One of the mattress elevator cranks is broken, other elevator is functioning properly. The mattress tray and mattress are missing. Unit is missing rubber grommet on right side. Air filter shows sign of use, may require replacement. Irises may need replacement. Functionality/Degree of Testing: The lamp works. Heater/Controller is removed. Unit rolls well.
