I make an honest effort to provide some really fun and unique things and take great interest in providing a no nonsense approach with all areas of service. I do pack items very well, and ship out very quickly. As a collector and buyer myself, I know how disappointing it can be to receive an item that has been literally destroyed due to shoddy packaging. It seems like there is no shortage of these types on ebay. Although I have no control whatsoever how an item is handled on its way to the buyer, I do make sure it is well protected in the box, and should arrive safe and sound, regardless of a few bumps and scrapes along the way. I do take my feedback and ratings seriously, and all I ask is that the winner communicate any problems or concerns with me in a reasonable manner. By the way, I do communicate well with buyers and sellers alike. (Seems like there are not so many sellers willing to communicate promptly these days). I am quite easy to deal with, and I look forward to providing you with a great item and great service. I do have a career that sometimes takes me out of town unexpectedly for a few days at a time. If this were to happen I would notify the buyer if there were to be a delay. This only happened once before, and it wound up shipping out 3 days after payment instead of the usual next day, but the buyer still wound up getting the item within 5 days! On my auctions that have best offer options, I welcome any offers, and do not get offended by "low ball" offers. I completely understand the concept of trying to get the best deal possible, and I am willing to work with people. Also, it doesn't matter if the item sells for 1 penny or 1 thousand dollars, I will provide the same level of service for all items. Out of 18, about half have oil on the packaging. This will definitely not hurt the bits, it is even better for them to be stored in oil as it inhibits corrosion. All of these are GUARANTEED 100% authentic HILTI and brand new unused unopened. Buy with confidence! Many of my items are vintage and used, so please be understanding that they will be not be perfect. I do generally do a light cleaning on items that may need it, but for the most part, I will leave them as is condition, as I have learned over the years that most buyers of vintage items prefer to have them left as is, and in some circumstances, cleaning them will actually ruin the value. On items where I provide free shipping, please understand the method is at my discretion. And, although, most will be shipped priority, it is not always the case. If you have specific shipping needs or requirements, you must address these prior to bidding. I am an honest and hard working seller, please respect that. Also, I will pack all items well, but I have no control over rough handling from the post office. I prefer to use the priority flat rate mailers whenever I can so that the items arrive quickly and covered with insurance. I do wrap the items well inside, therefore, even though it is an envelope, I have an excellent record of items arriving fast, free, and in the same condition as shipped. If by any chance there is a mistake in my listing, then please be understanding that I am only human, and humans do make mistakes.
