This machine is ready to be hooked up and put into use!  The hopper is in excellent condition as are the pistons, drum and hydraulics.  The Hinds Bock is the bakers answer to a need for a high quality depositor and limited work space.  It gently handles many types of dough and batter to maintain the integrity and consistency required to produce quality baked goods.   Cleaning is a breeze and can be accomplished with no tools.  This is a workhorse of a machine and is designed to be simple operate and maintain!
