Picked this Hioki 3100 clamp on analog Hi voltage tester at an estate sale. Comes complete with two types of leads, owners instruction and case. Please note that the clamp trigger on the left hand side of the unit is broken off. I don't know much about these and have never used one so I don't know if the missing trigger will have an impact on the unit functioning properly. If for nothing else, unit could be used for spare parts. Being sold as is.
