Hioki 3280-10 Clamp On Hi-tester AC/DC. Item is used but in great working condition. Does show some signs of wear on the back side of the clamp as shown in picture. Does not affect the performance of this rugged and versatile tool. Item is super slim and compact. I love mine. The item in the picture is the exact item you will receive. Nothing More or less. Independent-opening double-lever design. Slim body design, allows easy clamping even for narrow conductors. No metal (iron core) exposure, ensuring enhanced safety.
