Used- HIS made Greenlee powered electrical wire cable tugger puller. This unit has the 2 speed option, but is missing the chain for the second gear(see pic), so I have not had a chance to see this option working.  The tugger as it sits, works and has good power. This is a very heavy duty, thick metal tugger. Condition report: The little gear for the second speed is worn and should be replaced for best results. The audible {backspin} clicker unit that is usually inside these is not present. The mounting hole for the clicker is there, just no clicker. One of the aluminum pulley wheels has a crack and dent. The tugger motor looks to be a Greenlee 640 unit, so parts are available. This unit shows general wear from use(scratches, dents and dings are present), best to review pics to determine condition. Still tugs hard, just shows wear due to the many jobs it's been on. Check out our store for other tuggers! These are far easier to use at the jobsite, when compared to the Big Greenlee 640 with the 20 pieces and huge jobbox to move around. This will have to ship on a pallet via freight.
