This Hitachi AS-4000 Auto Sampler is in decent physical condition. Cosmetically the Auto Sampler does show signs of use such as scuffs and scratches, but no signs of abuse. The Hitachi AS-4000 powered on and ran through its computer self tests successfully. The sampling arm did show some movement and returned home. I could not test the range of the Hitachi AS-4000 Auto Sampler as I am not familiar with how to program the device. Because I am not sure if the sampling arm is fully functional, I am selling the unit for parts or repair.
