Hitachi 15" TFT LCD Panel Model: TX38D31VC1HAA 1012H 00015 Rev WS We assume this panel to be a spare or replacement that has never been installed or used. It does have some smudges and the plastic protective sheet was loose. There is also a label on the back indicating this may have been a production sample and no guarantees. This panel was part of a shipment of replacement LCDs. Unfortunately, documentation on panels like these are somewhat limited so we do not know much more then what we've already stated. We believe the panels to be in functioning condition though, and ready to be installed when received. Because of the above mentioned information, we are offering this AS-IS with no returns.
