This is a Hobart 2612 Heavy Duty 12" Deli Slicer. These are commonly used in delis and food establishments for on-the-spot slicing of meats, cheeses and other foods.  Unit is in good condition with typical wear and tear from a used unit. I replaced both knife-shaft bearings and cleaned the indexer.  Everything is operating smoothly and I will also include Hobart-grade lubricant so you can keep the carriage and meat grip moving freely.. The unit has the transport carriage with the meat grip assembly attached. Kinfe blade appears to be sharp, it cut through some veggies with no issues. Might have small dings on it, but nothing major and it spins round. Unit does not have a sharpener (but one can be added to it). Machine runs off of standard 120vac electricity, plug it in and turn on.  Before using, I highly recommend a good cleaning and dissinfecting (for obvious reasons). This is a solid machine that will last ages like all other Hobart equipment. Auction Includes: Hobart 2612 Manual Slicer . Local pickup only, I can not ship this item due to weight.
