This is an older model, which is the preferred model because the older Hobart mixers have a reputation for being built to last. The older Hobarts are preferred by most chefs because of their heavy duty construction and their reputation as the most reliable mixer on the market. This mixer was lightly used by a lady who baked pies out of her home for the past 10 years. It ran faithfully, without any problems. The 30 qt. is hard to find, so don't wait, buy it today.
