If you do not have a loading dock or a forklift at your destination you will most likely need lift gate to unload your freight. This service is requires a lift gated truck. The buyer may contact customer service and they will assist in filing freight claims as requested by the buyer.   The buyer will be responsible for any charges or concerns for any shipments and agrees to hold, A Plus Kitchen Supply, suppliers and vendors harmless.   The buyer must notify A Plus Kitchen Supply of any refused shipments.   Any problems or issues must be reported with-in 15 days of receipt of item(s).     Returns     If the buyer chooses to cancel an order, it must be submitted in writing to A Plus Kitchen Supply by contacting customer service.   Buyer pays return shipping   Returns are subject to the following conditions: Returns must be authorized by A Plus. Must be returned in the original packaging. Returned item must be properly packed & insured for return shipment. Physical condition of product when returned. May be subject to restock fee of 10 to 25%.   A restocking fee of 25% will be applicable on all returns; for non-stock items or custom fabricated items it will be more and will be decided A Plus Kitchen Supply. upon approval of return. Return requests must be made in writing with-in 15 days of the buyer receiving the merchandise. Unauthorized returns hold no guarantee for a credit to be issued.   Any merchandise returned but be in original packaging, any accessories / instructions, and packages securely to prevent damage during shipment.   Any returned or refused merchandise will be assessed by A Plus Kitchen Supply. for condition and its re-salability.On any returns the buyer will be responsible for: original packing costs, shipping costs, storage fees from the carrier, return shipping costs, restocking fees, cancellation fees, repair charges for any damages incurred, and any charges disclosed as non-refundable.   If cancellation is not submitted by the buyer in enough time for the seller to hold shipment from the supplier; it will then be considered a return request.   If the supplier does not allow cancellation (i.e. manufactured-to-order items), the seller reserves the right to deny the request. If the request is accepted the buyer may be subject to a higher restocking fee, typically no higher than 25%. If the supplier does allow for the cancellation there will be a 5% cancellation fee charged from the seller to the buyer.
