-This is a used Hobart VMLH80 heavy balloon whip. This heavy stainless steel heavy duty wire whip is perfect for heavy whipping ingredients to make sponge cakes and light marshmallow. This product's recommended setting is third or fourth speeds. Check with mfg to ensure this will fit your 80qt Hobart mixer. Similar whips sell new for over $600!  Purchases can be picked up from Pinckneyville, IL 62274, or shipped using your favorite freight company. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping, handling and transaction fees (state tax, paypal, credit card)  Unit is for sale locally and may be pulled from eBay at any time. Unit sold in as is condition, unless otherwise specified. Returns will incur a 15% restocking fee and be responsible for shipping.
