This auction is for a used Hobart Food Chopper and a Pelican Head Attachment. We just recently closed our restaurant, so we no longer need this workhorse. This machine cuts prep time and labor in half, yielding more profit! A must have for restaurants, caterers, hunters or food trucks. It easily chops/minces vegetables and meats to desired consistency with it's rotating blades and self feeding bowl. The Pelican attachment chops high volume of vegetables with little effort! This retails for over $6,000 brand new! The unit is in great condition, but has some minor dings and scratches. The unit weights over 140lbs. so I do not offer shipping.
