This was purchased by a local bakery about 7 years ago. We used it about once a week to shred strussel for muffin toppings and nothing else. It has had light usage. It runs great and works great. The plastic food pusher was misplaced and lost, we never did use the food pusher so its gone. A piece of the aluminum fin on the inside of the chute somehow cracked and was professionaly aluminum welded up, (picture 7). The cord got nicked and has black electrical tape wrapped around it.
