This potato/vegetable peeler was found in a 50's diner in Colorado.  It works just fine.  We tried it out.  Put a bunch of potatoes in there, turned on the hose and put it in the top, turned it on and within a few minutes you have 15 pounds of peeled potatoes.  Pretty neat. 1/3 H.P.
