HOBART CONVECTION OVEN & GRIDDLE  Model # CR421 208 Volt Phase 1 or 3 electric Convection Oven base- allows for all-purpose roasting and baking application. Increase operation flexibility. Increased output; reduced temperature requirements for menu diversification. Stainless Steel Front Counter balanced oven door-prevents door from inadvertently dropping open. Forms a loading platform in open position; eases loading of product in oven. Cool-to-touch door handles- Increases employee safety Recessed top and oven controls- helps prevent controls from being broken or bumped out of adjustment TYPICAL SIMULTANEOUS PRODUCTION: 65 Hamburgs per load, 72 baked pork chops/load Oven preheats to 350 degrees in 6 minutes. Average time for griddle top is 7 minutes Tubular legs and casters included. Dimensions: 36"w x 38"d x 30"h (less legs) Unit is tested and works as designed.
